1. What should i do if i break the shisha device?
In case of damage, you are obligated to indemnify the Shisha Delivery company according to the terms accepted upon your order.
2. What if the Shisha goes out and I can’t light it again?
To extinguish the coals, they must be wet with some liquid, the caller with the coals must be removed from its place or the hookah must remain lit without being used for a long time. In case it goes out, consult the instructions for use on the package.
3. Can I cancel my order before the delivery time?
Yes, you can cancel your order one hour before the delivery time.
Orders that have entered the shipping process can’t be modified at the same time. Our advice is to place more than one flavor in your order. For this reason, your order should always be accompanied by 2 shisha heads with a variety of flavors.
5. What happens if nobody’s there to receive the delivery or return package?
